Christopher Kee is an Adjunct Professor at City University, Hong Kong and a consultant
to Keelins Lawyers. He is a Barrister
and Solicitor of the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Courts of Victoria
and New South Wales
and specialises in international arbitration and international sales law. He has a particular interest in examining how
procedure can provide practical and pragmatic outcomes. Christopher was a
member of the ACICA Rules drafting committee, and is currently a Co-Chair of AFIA (Australasian Forum for International Arbitration).
Christopher has published widely and
is regularly invited to speak at conferences.
As an experienced moot court coach he also conducts advocacy training
courses. His book The Art of Argument -
A Guide to Mooting has been sold worldwide to great acclaim.
Christopher Kee is a native English
speaker and has a basic understanding of French and German.
